When I rev up to about 6k, mostly in 3rd or 4th gear, it feels like the power really flattens out and it sputters slightly, almost like a streetbike hitting the rev limiter. Then just for a second, three dash lights flicker on : water, brake and another uknown (right in the center)

I just replaced the caps in my ECU, and from what I have read, those caps regulate the voltage in the alternator, I think I may have not done a very good job on the cap replacement.
It seems to be with prolonged (5 seconds) acceleration, as the output of the alternator falls, because for short bursts, it does not do it. But maybe I need a new alternator, also...cause that thing is getting old.

What do you think?

I have a big 16g, boost controller turned up to about 15psi, 255 fuel pump.
