Problem getting car started

Alright well today I finally tried to get the car started after 5 months of sitting and I am having problems. Things I did while the car was down was fuel pump rewire, installed chipped ecu from dsmchips and I had to redo the timing belt since I installed cams on the car. So the 1st time I tried starting the car it started fine, idle was rough until it finally shut off but when I accelerated it was laggy/slow to rev up. (timing a tooth off?) Anyways I tried starting it up again and it seems like it wants to start up but it didnt. I took out the plugs and I am getting a ton of fuel to the plugs for some reason. I went and bought new brp7es just for the hell of it and gapped them to .026. Anyone know what possibly might be the problem? Thanks

sounds like ## timing is off and u could possibly fouling out the plugs because of that

I agree that either timing is off, or one of your spark components are bad. If theirs fuel on your plug then somehow it's not burning it up. Have you checked wires, coils, and power transistor?
