i figured it belonged in this forum, anyways, i think i need to prime my engine after changing my timing belt and stuff because it's been sitting for so long, my question is, how do i go about doing it? on 1g's, you pull the MPI fuse, and disconnect the harness under the coil pack (i found 2 harnesses below it) but under the coil pack i see a red and blue wire, and 1 harness has a red and blue wire going into it, so i assume i should disconnect that one? i can't find the fuse that pertains to the injection, i have singled it down to 2 fuses, either the "engine" one or the "ignition switch" one... any help would be nice... i also need to purge my coolant system, so with that i would just take coolant cap off, and start it and let it run (don't know how long for sure) and then keep adding fluid? and put the cap back on when it wont take any more coolant? my last question, on my auto tensioner, i remember a guy saying that a guy at mitsubishi said that if you can pull the pin out and put it back in, your ok, but if you pull it out and can't get it in, it will blow up.. with me, i can put it back in, and i believe i was in specification too, i got a 5/32" bit in there snug (i think that is .156 or so in decimal form) so am i ready to roll? my marks are all lined up so, and i spun it 9 times or so and didn't hear anything bad.. thanks
