I have a spare turbonator i could donate to the cause. Some smart guy had it on the a4 when i bought it. Yes a turbonator on a turbo car

One very important factor to consider when and if attempted to use such pre-intercooler pipe. This is SPACE. The fins would take so much space that you would need to go with a smaller diameter LICP. This is specially if you are retaining your A/C, Alternator in stock position, and A/C fan. Even with a 12' spal fan, there is a very tigh fit between the radiator and a 2.5 inch LICP for the 12 inch fan.
You would sacrifice airflow/LICP diameter in exchange of these fins.
