I'm using a MTX-L wide band and simulating narrow band, running 94 octane fuel, stock 14b, ~19psi controlled with ECMLink, and an upgraded fuel pump (blanking on the name of it.. sorry) but oddly enough still the stock injectors but it doesn't seem to get past ~85injduty so I'm not too worried but I am pushing it fairly close.

So recently I've been getting ~1 degree of knockret. around 5k RPM and ~16psi and I can't seem to solve it, it tends to disappear as the boost pressure climbs. I've tried pulling timing, adding fuel, running higher octane with no prevail. It's always in the same area in my timing table and for the most part the same degree of retard so I was thinking phantom but I've noticed in this log I uploaded it went higher then the average 1 degree of knockret which is what caused some alarm to me.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Try disabling the knock until 4k..... see if that helps

Good idea but it's already higher and since I received more then 1 degree of retard I don't think disabling the sensor would be the best approach..
Based on what you told me, you lowered timing, your afrs are in line and the knock goes away as you rev? Sounds like you may be experiencing phantom knock. Your not running a very aggressive setup, have you tried the 2g timing table

So I noticed my open loop thresholds are setup for dialing in my SD Table because I was trying to dial in my fuel during the whole ordeal so I figured it'd set it back to stock and for some reason I don't seem to be getting those counts of knockret.
I guess that's good but I don't see how that would cause predet..
