Ok my windows dont roll up both of them. Used a volt meter on the fuses on the engine comparent fuse box (30A P/windows)and its getting .18 volts. Any advice? Tried everything, from fuses to switches. No luck.

Just to rule it out, you did verify that your window lock button is not pressed, correct?

Did you check both sides of the 30A fuse? If you are only getting that much power to it, then it has to be the power supply to that fuse. Pull the box apart and look underneath. You will probably find the culprit.

whats a culprit? kinda new to this stuff. and i did look under the fuse box in the engine and it looked good.

what he is saying is that if you are only getting .18 Volts to the fuse then you have a problem before the fuse box. make sure your ignition is on when you check it.
