hey what would cause the power steering resivor to start foaming and overflowing, does this mean a bad power steering pump?

well i dunno about the foaming but the boiling can just be caused be overheating fluid

are you running wider tires than stock?

remember the ps fluid gets very hot when you have the steering wheel at full cut left or right

if heat is your issue upgraded coolers aren't very expensive
