No, its pretty simple... A few bolts on the mounting bracket, I think two of them you have to get to thru the pulley, and the the two lines. If you have the right tools it shouldnt take too long at all.
 
Most likely its the seals on the banjo bolt. You simply unbolt it then slide the banjo bolt out. There are a few o-rings to replace. I put on oversized ones. Something like 2.5 thickness, it's been working great for a few months now.

When putting the nut back on the banjo bolt DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN IT! If you do you will EASILY sheer it right off. Don't put to much force on it after it does not want to move easily anymore.

Once you've done that you will need to add power steering fluid and leave the cap off. Then just turn the wheel from left to right a few times and it should have bleed the air from the line. Put the cap back on and you should be done.

If its leaking internally just buy one for 20 bucks on here and slap it on. But seriously the rebuild is stupidly easy and you'd have to take the same line off to replace the pump so at least see if that is what is leaking.
