power steering pump..

hello

im trying to put t3/t4 turbo on my eclipse and i came to a problem , that is my extrenal wastegate gonna be in the way of my power streening pump , so im gonna have remove the power steering pump , and i really need it cause its gonna be really hard to turn the car. and idea what i can do...

I would just remove it and depower the rack. or just get a manual rack out a 1.8 base model. i love my non power steering it builds muscle

The manual rack is alot easier to turn than a depowered rack.

you can switch to an electric PS pump there are some people that have done it i think there is someone working on it on the dsmlink fourms

i got lucky and found a rack but i need the brackets.. long shot but des mitsu still sell them.. i mean they probly would not be hard to make
