Im wondering what type of power level can be made with 1050's, walbro 255lph intank and a bosch 044 inline pump through an AUTO? Feed line would be upgraded to a -6.

Why 6 and not 8an? I assume you'll be going to the trouble of rerouting hose/tubing so I was just wondering why you're doing 6.

But to answer your question defiantly more than 500HP+ (someone else should know more than me though)

You failed to mentioned the most crucial piece of information we need to give you a ballpark...

WHAT FUEL?

Your 1050's are your limiting factor then, with base fuel pressure at 43psi they'll be a 1050 x .67 = 700cc/min injector and limited to roughly 50lbs/min at 100% IDC.

Since you're set at 43psi base fp then about 450whp is all that setup can support, you can always turn up the fuel pressure and stretch those injectors if you need to.

Thanks for the response. I'm on a stock shortblock for the moment so that's roughly what my goal is. I do have some 1650s but I'm afraid I won't be able to get a good tune out of those so its up in the air.

i take it that .67 is the duty cycle of the injectors and that at 67% open they inject 700cc/min

Personally, I'd run 50psi base if you start seeing airflow numbers in the low 40's to stretch the injectors. You've got enough fuel pump back there to do it...

He'll run out of pump before injector. Depending on the turbo he's gonna be in the 30's for boost, +50psi fuel pressure, and he's past the high pressure bleed off.

I was running 750's at 47psi, and was running out of pump at 28ish psi on my HX35 setup on E85.

No, thats because you need 33% more E85 to make the same power.

Your IDC's must have been really high. I'm running a 6152 T3 which I'm hoping to get around 27-28psi from this setup.

I'd suspect you'll be right on the edge, if not past it on that turbo. Right around 500whp is the limit on E85 on a 255hp, and that's with monster injectors and 37psi bfp. It falls quickly with increases of fuel pressure.

I'm gonna do a 255 inline in series with my 255hp intank, as reccomended by Lucas, and Tim Zimmer.
