I have a 91' Laser N/t (stock 9:1 pistons) with a 14B turbo, and I recently added water injection and a MBC set at 15PSI, you can see the rest of my mods in my profile. My power goal was to make atleast 250WHP and/or a 13.99 second ET. Do you guys think I can reach my goal with my current setup?
 
with an auto trans?no...with a manual trans?maybe on a good day but its a very slim chance.you need that quick launch.
