good luck on running 7's at our track there is a talon, civic and 2 wrx's i have seen run 7's so its possible

Have 2.3L with eagle/wiseco piston, SCM61, hks 272, magnus intake, etc etc etc... Pull down 390fwhp and 340of torque at 23psi on Mustang Dyno. Run 11.60 @ 125.65mph with 1.70 of 60'' with 27psi.

that's how I am, in SD the closest track within 5 hours is an 1/8th mile track, so I'm shooting for sevens there. I want it bad too... I'd be the first sport compact to break into the sevens. I don't think it'll be hard, I just hope nobody does it before oct. 10th...

figured ide ad the the thread since i finally ran some decent times..setup is..

92 awd laser
2.4 crank (making it 2.3)
crower/ross bottom end
completely stock top end including stock intake mani
afc/vpc
agp t3/60-1 kit
720cc's

run were on a mix of race and 93 octane at 21-22psi

best run was a 11.3@124

I am building a 2.3 stroker motor, using a new 2.4L crank, custom JE pistons, and eagle rods, also a turbonetics T66 turbo, custom tubular header, HKS 272's, direct port 150 shot for spool up, ported and polished head, the new manley valve springs and retainers, Autronic standalone and some others. I ordered the stroker kit from a guy almost a month ago, and still haven't got it yet, does anyone know about this "crank backorder" or is this guy trying to screw me on this deal. let me know--attempting to beat shep's 8.76!

I've heard nothing of the backorder on 2.4L cranks.

On a sidenote, I've got the JE pistons and Eagle rods and I love it. Those pistons are SOOOOOOO light.

Both of those links are bad, I can't read any of them :laugh: . Just wondering though, is there any place where I could find more information about that auto, possibly in engrish so I could actually read it?

How reliable has his trans been and what kind of mods has he done to the trans?
