My Dyno #'s

this weekend the fuel mods go on, then off to the dyno for so more great #'s :(

Do you have any clue how to tune the car?

No offense, but you seem like you're new at this.

Tha turbo is capable of about 350 whp on pump gas, and that's not even really that high of an estimate. This assumes, of course, that you have one of the "standard" wheels used in a DSM.

So, you could potentially have almost twice the power you have now.

Contact the place you got the turbo and find out the specs.

My car, with the stock 14b and stock injectors, makes about 260 at the wheels on pump gas.

No offense taken, yes I do know how to tune one of these cars. The #'s are just from bolting on the turbo and that's all. I know I should get more power out of what I have. I just wanted some thought's on other dyno's to compare. Seems like I'm not going to get those answers any time soon though.

Funny that you all tell me my motor is going to blow up but it's not even close. Great site to get info but man @#$% when it comes to any type of help or just simple input (w/o bashing).

Its just sad that you have a "T3/T4"...is that a garret? you don't know what trim it is, or any of the specs turbine housing? Turbine wheel? No fuel mods what so ever. Why even dyno it or why the hell would you want to compare it to other 50trims, 60trims, 60-1's and 62-1's. Once you get the fuel mods done, and now that you are then we can try again but we also need specs. I'm not trying to be an ass but it seems like

You want dynos but have no idea what turbo you want to compare and also if we were to show you dynos of a 50trim they'd be more like 350hp not 230 also you need a turbo back exhaust

Funny sounds like your being an ass. But whatever kinda thought I'd get this response anyway. Also thanks for letting me know about the exhaust that's one I never really thought about! :)

People have told you what to do numerous times. You can't compare the capabilities of a turbo when you don't know the trim, and the output of the turbo you have isn't even beating well tuned 14b's. Do the fuel and other supporting mods you need, then dyno it and ask your questions.

oh, and IMO the engine isn't too happy right now. I'd be careful about beating on it.

Honestly, you wouldn't be getting these kinds of responses if you knew about DSM's. You SHOULD know that those arn't very good #'s as you can get that or near it out of a stock T25. Get the fuel system in and tuned, redyno, then report back :)
