So yeah I need to figure out where my turbos going to get coolent from 1g I have basically everything to turbo the car just gotta finnish building the engine up (timeing belt pistons oil pan , gaskets

So it is an N/T car, hence an N/T thermostat housing?

Sure it is possible. Drill and tap the housing for a 3/8" NPT barb from your local hardware store and you're on your way. But feeding coolant to your turbo means you also need to return coolant from your turbo. If you don't have a turbo water pipe, I'd suggest getting one. Yes, you could weld up something to work in your existing pipe if you wanted to do that.

Or, consider not running coolant to your turbo at all: Is running coolent to a turbo required?

P.S. -- Don't bump your threads.

I don't have that thermostat I. Might run it where the ac thermo switch enters the houseing
If you have a turbo thermostat....just run the coolant through those barbs. Works just fine. If it's a DBB turbo with water ports USE THEM!

Certainly easier not having to drill the housing. Are you planning to use a barb fitting? Those threads are BSPT though so you'll either need to find a BSPT barb or tap it for NPT to use a hardware store barb.

Ill try an order a fitting that will screw right in so I need a bspt barb?
