Here is a little back log;

Switched to speed density (ECMLink V3) and got everything up and running good. Got the idle set okay and started to do some cruise tuning. This is where the problem comes in. I can cruise for a while and everything is just fine. I will then shut it off for any amount of time and on restart it runs lean throughout the rpm/load range. The car doesn't idle rough, doesn't cruise rough, it just peggs lean. I can then shut off the car for a few minutes and it runs fine again. Only to start the cycle over.

I have the injector malfunction DTC disabled through ECMLink's DA tables that I got from Tom. But before I did that it would do the same thing until I cleared the check engine light and restarted the car.

It seems to do the same thing now only I don't have to clear the DTC, it never even comes on.

I am attaching 2 logs; one with the lean issue and one normal, these were taken just minutes apart. I have also confirmed that there are no major boost leaks and that base fuel pressure and timing is correct. This is also on E85, bluemax 1550's and an easytune box.

This all started after installed the easytune. Anyone else have issue's with this and/or now how to fix this issue without getting rid of the box or injectors?

Raise deadtime to like 800. See what it does. I had the same issue. Deadtime was in the 300's with 1150cc and I raised deatime to the 700's and it got better. Progressively adjusting it along the way and now it sits at 855 IIRC.

Drove the car a bunch yesterday. I raised the deadtime to mid 600's. The same thing is happening. Only I went 3 or 4 shutdowns before it happened. When it happens, it runs lean immediately at start up. I shut it down for 5 min. Started it back up and it was fine.

This is driving me nuts!
