I have a 95 talon tsi AWD. I have an issue when I get on it. About halfway through fourth it's like everything cuts out and there car kicks really hard and then like half a second later everything is fine. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue or knows someone who has. Thanks so much.

From what I understand you can get a "fuel cut" like situation if you have boost leaks even on stock turbo. Is your profile up to date? If it is your ecu can be seeing too much air form the leaks and cutting fuel, other wise if you have a larger turbo with the boost turned up you are definitely seeing it without injectors and a way to control them.

Thank you. I'm running about 15-16 psi on a stock turbo. So it's pushing ###### as much as it safely can as of now. Should I just have a boost leak test then? I want to run a bigger turbo but my understanding is that I would have I replace rods and the works so basically a full build.

Yes, I would do a boost leak test and see what comes up.

Running a bigger turbo does not mean you need to build anything on the motor. Most people run the EvoIII 16g on completely stock internals with great success and that is a great upgrade from a t25. You'll also need to worry about fuel and tuning with a bigger turbo though so it will cost some cash, just depends on your goals.

I have a brand new fuel set-up that could take a bigger turbo and actually I have a new set of 1050 injectors here too. I alas thinking about a 16g turbo just yesterday actually. I may just try that. She should really pull with that stuff done. I'll def keep you posted on it all if you'd like. I would surely appreciate all your adobe and ideas. Thanks again
