About 4 days ago my car started boosting to only 15 pounds and has no power when in boost. Regular PSI is 19. The only recent mod I've done is an aeromotive FPR. Where the FPR is located, the vacuum line has a kink in it. Would this affect boost pressure and power? Or is it a boost leak?
 
Sounds like a boost leak, but get that vac hose straightened out as well.
