Boost Leak!

I did a boost leak test today and found out that i am leaking boost @ 10 psi. I found the leak but have no idea what the thingy is.... here are some pics, i was wandering if someone could tell me what the hell this is.........

That's your idle motor on your throttle body. Are you sure the shaft isn't leaking back by the spring?
