Hey how are you guys, I'm back with yet another problem. My 1995 Talon ESI (420a) AT is now stalling at every light, shuddering extremely bad, misfiring, throwing almost every code in the book, the transmission drops a gear or two which would send the RPM's to 5k. This was a video I took with my phone when I was stuck on the side of the highway. Anyway I need help!!! My guess is a bad PCM.
It has a new Cam sensor, Crank sensor, ECT, and IAC. I tested the TPS and just about every sensor and turned out ok.

Ok i took a video while driving the car. You can see the car missing under load and the trans dropping a gear. I took the car to autozone to have the CEL looked at but now they cant get signal from the OBDII port.
Hmm any ideas guys?

UPDATE! 2-18-12
OK, i disconnected my battery and the car ran perfectly fine afterwords. But after driving for 20 minutes the problem came back. I've got two codes, 11 and 43.
Please help!

UPDATE! 2-22-12
Ok disconnecting the battery doesn't do anything anymore. I got new set of codes, they are 11, 11, 25, 43. Ive got no clew why i got 11 twice. Anyway i need to get this thing back on the road ASAP!

As far as the codes mean, here is what I got right out of the Haynes book:

Code 11- Intermittent loss of crankshaft and/or camshaft position sensor signals to PCM, complete loss of crankshaft position sensor signal to PCM, or timing belt skipped one or more teeth.

Code 25- Idle Air Control (IAC) motor circuits. A shorted condition is detected in one or more of the IAC motor circuits.

Code 43- Misfire on one or most cylinders detected. Spark plug, injector, cylinder compression or air intake problem; primary circuit problem in ignition coil.

If I think of anything else that you might find useful, I'll let you know.
