My grandpa gave me his old dremel tool, and i decided to put it to good use, i took off the throttlebody elbow which recuces in size, and ported it out about 1/8th an inch, then got rid of that jagged metal ring where it bends, and reduces, then gasket matched the throttle body end, then sanded it all down, then wirebrushed the inside, it came out very smooth, and i noticed the car gets a noticable amount of better throttle responce...

I'm thinking about gasket matching the runners on the intake manifold and wanna know how much work it is to take it off.

Im also wondering if you can gasket match the turbo's outlet tube as well as it's inlet??? im going to gasket match the pipe that bolts to the turbos pressure outlet tomarow then throw that flowmaster on. i just want to know if it's a good idea to gasket match the turbo, or leave it alone any advice will be appretiated

it is kind of tough gettin to the bottom bolts and nuts on the intake mani but if you have the time and you are bored go for it.

i'll wait to port the turbocharger itself once i get a 2nd gen manifold, because mines leaking. which is a me too problem evidently, so ill gasket match the new manifold, then the turbocharger while i have everything off the car till then ill just match the pipe connecting to the turbo :thumb:
