Today I cranked my rebuilt motor for the first time and the oil pressure was over 100 PSI. I lost about 1/2 quart of oil from my turbo feed line that comes from a 90' filter housing. My BS is removed and I have new squirters. From what I understand, porting the oil relief valve should correct the pressure issue. Does anyone have pics or a working link that show how to properly do this? I've read plenty about it, but would like to see some pics to be sure. Please help! I don't want to blow a new 16G or any more gaskets. Thanks for any info.

Damn I just installed mine yesterday and forgot to take pics! Make sure you run a hone through the piston passageway to be sure that the piston will travel smoothly. I not only ported the hole but also chose a sliiiiiightly less stiff spring to put in there as well.
