When i turn left OR right i hear popping/rattling coming from my tires and its embarrasing..are these the cv axles going bad? Any help is appreciated thanks!

Sounds like it. You getting a clackidy popping sound when the wheel is turned and your in motion correct? More than likely CV's going out. If your sitting still and it's doing it...that could be another issue.

yea while am in motion..wont do it if am just sitting still..when am in motion and i turn either way yes it is popping

Yeppers, time for a new axel or 2, they are fairly cheap to replace (about 70$ a piece)....if it is more of a crunching sound then its a whell bearing. What happens when you go REALLY slow, does it have like a high pitched click or sound like someone threw rocks in your tire and you can hear them grinding over each other?
