Check the torque on all your bolts.

Check your balljoint conditions.

I will Check tonight but also ive noticed that the upper ball joint squeks when i turn the tire and when the tire is on the ground and there is pressure on it but not when its jacked up in the air?could this relate to the problem at all

Could help to check all the ball joints in the front for rips or tears. Also, check the front axle boots for tears as well. Did you put enough grease in the roller bearings and axle ends?

Also, make sure to check the condition of the bolts on the carrier bearing (two bolts that attach the driver's side axle to the block). I had mine break off, and while it was a more regular thump-thump-thump (bearing hitting the oil pan) while driving, it's something worth checking while you're down there.

Check the inboard end of the compression arm. (That's where it mounts to the chassis.)

ps. the compression arm is the long, curved, lower control arm
