Aight found the problem to my car not starting i think.

WTF is this wiring all about and is it right?

My cam sensor is right below that and i guess i have no crank sensor?

This cam sensor is taking all it correct ? if so do i need to redo my plug wires for this and whats w/ the wire being spliced?

PLEASE HELP..
