I was wondering if anybody knows why the motor mount hole is so much bigger than the bolt and the part of the frame the bolt goes through. Please help me I am trying to finish up tonight. Thanks.

thats normal.
theres a mod for that where you ream out that mount hole and use a 1/2" grade 8, makes it a lil stiffer.

after about a week or two, it will settle down some. Hope you enjoy the better throttle response :hellyeah:

any body know how you get to the one behind the fire wall to insert a prothane replacement

Take a die grinder to the holes in the mount part that bolts to the block. I believe I used a 5/8x4" bolt. You can use 5/8" washers on either side of the prothane inserts. When you tighten the bolt, it compresses the inserts so hard into the mount that it is basically solid. That bolt can take over 100 ft/lbs of torque with no issues and you can squeeze the whole assembly so tight that it wont move.

do you mind taking a pic of them all installed thanks because we have a front mount a side mount on each side and one under the battery tray so how many does the kit come with and where did you install them thanks

Thanks everyone. Yesterday I went to osh and picked upa 5/8 x3.5 grade 8 bold and ended up spending 16 bucks on a 5/8 drill bit. The front 3 mounts are in and that is all I plan on runnning bcause I don't know how to get to the back one. The vibrations are intense but DEFINATELY worth it considering my drivers and passenger side mounts were dryrotted to almost nothing.

Remove the battery, intake pipe, and washer reservoir to get some access to the rear mount.

the roll stopper the one in the picture above in the original post i though that front roll stopper got a full round insert
