Go to your local pick-a-parts like junkyard.

Pay $2.00 admission and bring a Philips screw driver. I bet they'll sell you the part for $1.
:rocks:

I've got all the plastic trunk pieces in my garage if you'd like them. I'll give them to you for free, just pay shipping.

are you talking about the little hook attached to the hatch lid that you loop the string to?

no its the piece on the passenger side that holds up the spare tire cover the idiot that had the car before did a battery relocation and tried putting the battery like on top of it and the battery absolutely mutilated the plastic when the guy was showing me the car the battery was completely upside down in the spare tire compartment with acid eating away at the paint slash metal i had to cut the metal out and reweld in new sheetmetal. i built a spare tire cover out of mdf board and carpeted it. the junkyards out here in hawaii suck just like anything else car related out here ive been looking through them for a couple months now and ive just got frustrated moral of the story fast cars and hawaii dont mix

yes thats exactly what i was talking aboot thanks man i really appreciate it im gonna upload a picture of what my trunk looks like. by the way where did you get those part number having a good reference in the world of dsm is always helpful. thanks again 2gturbotalon
