piston question

hey guys im rebuilding my 1g turbo and i want the 2nd gen 8.5:1 pistons there is a person selling some but he doesnt know what his are,does anyone know what the compression ratio is for a 2 gen 7 bolt,and also is there anything wrong with but 7 bolt pistons on a 6 bolt?t5here isnt any difference is there?thanks

my friend skeep saying that the 95 7 bolt are also 8.5:1 and they will work fine can anyone confirm?need to know asap,thanks

2G pistons on 6-bolt rods is common. you have to get the rods machined though. compression is 8.5:1
