piston help

ipulled my pistons out of my 2g and i was going to have them cermic coated and put them in my new 6 bolt im puttin together but they have 160,000 miles on them but they look brand new when i pulled the head do you think 160,000 is to many miles on a piston should i just buy new ones

Well if the pistons look new you could just replace the ring to be same. But all in all if it was me id do the pistons new to so that you something isn't as likely to go wrong.

160,000......i would say do it now.....dont wait and then 20,000 miles down the road you have to do a rebuild.....
