What bolts, nuts ect, do you use for the manifold(manifold to turbo) when i installed it i got bolts and the front 2 keep popping out.,and in this pic cant even get a bolt in, hits the flange.

It's much easier to just install studs onto the turbine housing when using a DNP manifold. Some studs on the cyl head may need slight trimming so that they clamp down all the way.

A good idea on metal to metal is to use a drop of Loc Tite to keep the nuts from vibrating loose. with thies manifolds you need to install the bolt from the bottom of the turbo with the nut and lock washer on top, you might need to clock your turbo to get all the bolts in and tight.

I use locking washers, otherwise the bolts just seem to disappear every now and then.

I used to have that problem with the two bolts holding my wastegate to the manifold. Went to the hardware store and 12 cents later the problem was solved.
