Just to get my car on the road for a bit, where can I route this line off of the valve cover? Traditionally it’s going to the intake manifold, but I have a bunch of ports open on my pre-turbo intake pipe, can I route it there? Or is that no bueno.

PCV needs to see manifold vacuum to be effective. Route it to the manifold port, it's tucked down just behind there, between the plenum and fuel rail. I recommend installing a check valve inline to avoid pressurizing the crank case, as even new pcv valves leak.
