I am going to be starting a trans replacement and installing a flywheel soon, and was wondering what kind of bearings or seals and what not I'd need to replace while I'm at it.
TIA
Sawyer

Well the flywheel should come with all the nuts and bolts you need. I do recomend a clutch aliment tool tho if ya have enough exp or someone good at macanics not needed but I highly recomend it. Um the transmishion on the other hand, if you just buying a used/new 1 should only need your old stock bolts and linkage...assumint its a 5 speed ... basicly swap in swap out... remeber how it goes together :)

Don't forget to replace your Rear Main seal as it's only accessible with the transmission off.

None of my flywheels came with hardware, i'd stick to OEM stuff anyways.

New Flywheel bolts (OEM)

New clutch fork (OEM)

New throwout bearing (OEM)

New pivot ball (not necessary but why not, do it once so you know it's good) (OEM)

The first three items FOR SURE!

Loctite the flywheel bolts...

When I order my flywheel (probably a Fidanza aluminum from SBR) I'm gonna call and make see if it comes with bolts I need.
