Partial short or typical draw?

My 2g is having battery issues, but i'm not quite sure if it's a bad battery or excessive draw when off. Car off, doors closed, key in my pocket it draws 200mA between the - terminal and body (cable unplugged, multimeter on 10a or 300ma dca settings).

if this is too much, where should i be checking first? I don't have a stereo, but what circuits (fuses) are still on when the car is off?

Alarm, ECU battery backup, radio station memory although all this is normally less than 50mA. Unplug everything after market and check draw: turbo timer, after market alarm, after market radio/amp, anything else after market.
