Hey guys, I got this problem for about little over 2 weeks now. Problem being is i got partial power like the following: parking lights, interior lights, power locks, pop up head lamps goes up and down, but as for ACC radio, power windows, meters (air/fuel ratio and oil pressure) don't work, no power going to it, no start, starter wouldn't crank over.

I have check all the fuses, relay, even though about the ignition switch and ecu. I have also came across another member with have a similar problem.

Electrical Problems and old cars are always fun. Having spent the winter chasing up electrical faults on my 88 Xr4ti. You have done the obvious and thats exactly where to start, check all easy to see connections, all fuses. Also clean and check all earths. Next you need to get a multimeter out and trace wires. Check voltages and resistances. Often in older cars it is a wire that got pinched or is rubbing. It takes enough years and miles to wear through and cause a short.

Seems daunting at first, but the only thing that can be done is to pull out the wiring diagram and start checking for voltage.
Re-check your fuses, especially the 80 amp alternator one.
Check to see if youre getting power to the ignition switch, would probably the first step.
