Alright i have a 92 GSX, and i am wanting to put a set up on a stock 6 bolt block and i have a ton of questions i need help with. My goal is to make enough power (350-400hp?) to make a 12 second car (not sure if this is even possible on stock internals?). I want to know if theres other stuff i need or if i can achieve it with the setup i have below. Open to part suggestions. Here is what i am thinking so far:
-DSMlink
-Walbro 255
-Injectors (dont know what size or any brands i should stay away from?)
-Fuel pressure regulator
-FMIC extremeturbosystems.com w/ 25x7x3 Bar and Plate core and short route
-garrett to4b (50 trim i think) http://dsmparts.com/customer/product...cat=166&page=1
^^^need turbo suggestions.. something on the cheaper side
-Manifold w/ external WG flange (need suggestions/tubular or cast)
-Tial 38mm
-downpipe 3 to 2.5

Stuff i already have (not much)
-ACT 2100
-stock manifold ported
-2.5in catback
-no cat
-MBC
-air/fuel gauge
-Boost gauge

Also, what psi would i be able to boost with stock 6 bolt block? What internals do i need would i need to achieve my goal if any? Im in college and spend too much time trying to find out this stuff instead of doing hw, so i really appreciate the help.

Depends on the mileage and current condition of your bottom end. Clearences and mileage wear do take a toll. If it is in good shape, with a good tune 4g63s have been able to do over 400hp on stock internals. Boost differs from turbo to turbo. For example a gt42r at 25psi is quite different from a 20g at 25psi..... Make sure it is tuned good on a dyno, injectors will vary from boost and turbo size. Make sure you log injector duty cycles to see how everything is doing. I like the br20g, or a green turbo for nice output. There is such thing as too much injector.

You might want start with a compression test to check the health of the motor. But a stock 6 bolt should be able to handle 400hp no problem as long as it is tuned well. You may also want to consider ARP head studs and a MLS head gasket if you plan on really turning up the boost. As for your 12 second goal that should be no problem with the air and fuel you'll be able to push. Again, a good tune can make all the difference.
