Panda Restoration (1 owner car) **customers**

This is my customers car who I go to shows with and also look after his DSM. Its been a huge job with this chassis restoration to bring it back to an amazing condition once again! but I am the only one he trusts with his DSM anymore.

Yes im doing the rear end now with por 15 gotta get a welder to save some areas. But the detail has me going the extra mile to do things i need to while im there.
It may add time and such but it is very much worth it in every way!

When I had to fix my 2G I did things a little differently and cut a bunch of metal out and reinforced areas to not have to come back to revisit this ever again. Once done it should be a lot better than OEM once was. Since they loved to overlap metal it ruins the sealing of it so a good thing to do and I have always done is use weather sealant - PU seal to cover these laps up so moisture and water cannot get between and separate the metal and cause more corrosion

What under coating did you use.
This was called W.A.R and in the UK only. It's amazing stuff. I want to see if something is close to this as it dries on hard and dry which is key here. wet coatings are terrible and collect moisture and dirt over time.

Only in the Uk there is some stuff here
I, of course have not ventured in the US yet as to what's about. The UK got Raptor, Por15, and some other US stuff, so it is possible the US has something close to W.A.R also but I do not know the exact brand or use yet.

I used Eastwood seam sealer everywhere I found this situation.

That is the best thing to do on any chassis, I did the same on the 2G and 1G. Im sure others suffer with the same issues and baffles me why they still do it this way.
