It may add time and such but it is very much worth it in every way!Yes im doing the rear end now with por 15 gotta get a welder to save some areas. But the detail has me going the extra mile to do things i need to while im there.
When I had to fix my 2G I did things a little differently and cut a bunch of metal out and reinforced areas to not have to come back to revisit this ever again. Once done it should be a lot better than OEM once was. Since they loved to overlap metal it ruins the sealing of it so a good thing to do and I have always done is use weather sealant - PU seal to cover these laps up so moisture and water cannot get between and separate the metal and cause more corrosion
