Palm Emulator software for usb cable

OK guys I've searched the forum for the past 2 days and have not found a solid answer to this only a bunch of dead links.

I have an ECM V3 cable and I have been able to hook up the TunerPro R/T to my 1G talon.

However the TunerPro R/T does not provide diagnostics on the car, I cant check solenoids or pull CEL codes. Which is what I want to do to make sure everything is in good working order before I add anymore mods to the vehicle.

So my question is how do I set up a Palm Emulator to my laptop using the ECm V3 usb cable?

I cannot find any links to download the needed software nor any instructions on doing so.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

BTW I am using a laptop with Windows 7.

I don't know if the palm emulator will work with th ecm link cable. If u had a keyspan usb to serial adapter and the palm cable with pins 2 and 3 flipped it will work.

TMO logger works.

I've read on other posts that people are actually using the ECM V3 with an Emulator, but it does not give specifics on how, nor where you can download the software to do so.
