painting a pillars

hey everyone...i am planning on painting the a pillars next on my car...and i was wondering...do you have to take out your entire dash just to get the a pillars off or can you just pull them off someway? thanx

Yes they pull right off. There is a clip behind it near the top and middle of it. Then towards the bottom is some double sided tape. Be gentle with it.

I believe they detach without removing the dash. I think they are just clipped in. Gently pull away and it should pop off just be careful.
