For Those Who Have Painted Their Cars, How Much Paint Will I Need To Cover A 2G. Primer,Base,Clear?

depends on what color the car is now, and what color you are going to paint it. If you are staying with the same color, and the car has no body work that needs to be done, you should need 2 quarts (not mixed) no primer and a 3L can of clear. That should get you enough to do the whole car. Now if you are going from a dark color to a lighter color (ie. black to silver) you will probably need a gallon of white, two quarts of silver, and the same for clear. Hope this helps. If you want specifics post the colors and all the other specs of the car. On my car, i went from the strawberry red color (talon 2g) to lamborghini orange and i used a gallon of white, a gallon of orange (it was very transparent) and 3L of clear.

I had my car painted over the winter.(jams and everything included) Its 2 toned black and dark green(factory). I used 1 gal of green and a quart of black... with some to spare.. and 1 1/2 gal of clear for the custom painted diamond stars
