Amount of boost?

I just did a complete tune up on my 91 Talon TSI AWD (5 spd) car and took care of everything, it runs really nice now. The cars completely stock. I'm going too add a cold air intake kit and a magnaflow complete exhaust system with a 3" DP. I'm also adding a Adj boost controller all within the next week or so. My question is how much boost can you run in these cars (also adding a 255 fuel pump) or what would be a safe number too raise it too.

If you get a 255 fp then you are going to need an AFPR. I would go with the 190fp. With that set up you can run 16 psi but I wouldn't go over that w/o logging to see how much you are knocking. The exhaust will make you creep some unless you port out the 02 housing so try and have that done when you get your exhaust done.

you can put CAI on turbo's to ya know

what i ment was putting a K&N or such filter on the inlet of the turbo. I wasn't meanning a who;e cold air kit, sorry if i miss wrote that.
