So I'm driving my tsi yesterday. Idles fine drives good. Just with the 16g I feel like I should be boosting so much more. I do not have a boost gauge but I can tell it feels like I'm only boosting 2-4 pounds maybe. So anyways On my way! To work and cel comes on. I get there and scan it and come up with p0170. Looked online at these posts and found one guy having the same issues as me. Said he replaced the upstream o2 sensor and took car of the issue. What do you guys think?

Also I replaced the upper o2 sensor with a brand new Bosch. Talked to one guy and told me the Bosch o2 for these cars no good and I'm better off with a denso. I just want the car to run and boost smooth. What else could it be?

Check for boost leaks/vacuum leaks. o2 sensors tell you theres a problem. Alot of times we shoot the messenger and hope that fixes the problem. I had the same problem and it was a slight vacuum leak at the throttle body that slowly worked the fuel trim out of spec causing the code.

Yea I already smoked the system and found no leaks. I'm going to hook my launch up to it tomorrow. Any special parameters I should look for?
