After going through countless threads about the code I'm thinking I need to replace the front o2 sensor. The car warmed up runs extremely rich even idling and cruising my wideband reads 10.0-10.9 so is it possible the o2 sensor is causing it to run that rich?

yes as the ecu uses the o2 sensor to control how much fuel the engine needs it will tell the ecu to pull fuel or add as needed and if it is giving the improper voltage or no voltage at all then it will run improperly. replace it and it all should fix itself
