2G P/S pump rebuild

Hello,

Currently in the midst of rebuilding my power steering pump, I have everything disassembled except for the shaft assembly. Does anyone know how to get this seal/bearing out so I can install the new one from the rebuild kit? I’ve tried hitting it from the backside but it doesn’t budge.

ended up getting it out. Will post photos when it’s all done as I did t see anything for a 2g rebuild only the 1g

Just curious how the rest of the rebuild went? Im about to rebuild mine and like you said theres only 1g stuff. Any tips?

Got it rebuilt but still had issues. I ended up getting a rebuilt one from parts avatar and sending them mine as a core. Should have done that from the start .
