I am looking to buy a used GT3582R for 825 and i was just wonderig if it would be overkill for my 350-400 awhp goal. I want a turbo that can hold boost all the way to redline, and i want to be pushing 20-22 psi. If anyone has any suggestions on a better turbo for what im looking for im all ears.
I also forgot to mention that the turbo has only been used on a few pulls and is basically brand new. He said that the turbo has a little shaft play but thats only because its a dual BB turbo and all have a little bit of shaft play. Is this also correct? Im not too familiar with the ball bearing turbos, but i know they spool quicker and can handle some power.

. id go 50 trim ( after supporting mods of course.) it will reach that goal easily with a good running car, and you will have alot better spool up. Im not sure about the shaft play and whatnot being normal, im sure someone else will chime in to help.
