I don't believe there is a stock battery kill switch or fuel cutoff unless there is a ignition there is a ignition killer switch for the dealer. Why would you need a kill switch for a stock daily driver car?
 
At one point i had my ecu out and it wouldn't start. If the shell of the ecu isn't grounded to the center console then it wont turn on the fuel pump with the key on. Is it cranking and just not turning over or just you turn the key on and nothing?
