1G Optima Battery terminal question

I was wondering if on my duel post style battery I can utilize both top and side post at the same time. I'm specifically want to use the top ground form the cassis and the side for the the engine ground. But I'm curiously about the positive side as well. And I FYI am currently doing a battery relocation on my optima to the back hatch area. All input is apriciated

Yes you can since all 4 posts are functional no matter what.
