Oppinions on upgrades

Currently, i unfortunately still have the T-too slow for a turbo. And at this point, it isnt powerful enough for me. I want more power, but i dont want to drop insane ammounts of money. Here is what i was thinking.

Evo Big 16G or A 50 Trim T3/T4

I would have all of the supporting Mods As well as 264/272 Cams on a rebuilt head.

Im looking to have around 350-400 HP at the wheels (all 4 of them ) I would like enough power to show up all of the dumb ricers and camero owners that think they are the shit, also, enough to give some DSM tuners a good run for their money.

What do you guys all think? Im more leaning towards the 50 Trim. Ideally i would love to have a FP3052...but with how money flows... that just isnt going to happen.

50 trims are great street turbos and respond well to pump gas. If it was me deciding between those 2 turbo's I would go with the 50 trim.

You will make 350 - 400 hp alot easier with a 50 trim but the EVOIII is a great street turbo.

Hey guys -- thanks for the replies! I am more than likely going to go with a 50 Trim... from whom, is unknown, kinda leaning towards AGP. Also, Would i need a front mount IC immediately, or could a run the stock sidemount for a while till i get the cash? Of course keeping in mind not to turn up the boost too high...

the 50 trim RS49T from AGP is a great deal, im going to get that as soon as my tax return comes in. as for the IC, of course you would want to upgrade eventually, as the stock sidemount can only flow so much (max of 17/18 psi on race gas). if you are going to be aiming to 300-400 awhp immediatly after the turbo upgrade, i would say to install a FMIC asap, maybe even before or during the install.
