opinions on this turbo .48 intake .82 exhaust

this turbo is off a international semi truck .48 intake .82 exhaust AiResearch M11 Im wondering if this will spool up before 4300 rpm and what power Im looking at making properly tuned with all supporting mods. If anyone knows of anyone who has done this before please any advice or info is appreciated. Thanks

What are the trims of the compressor and turbine. The AR says some, but not all of the story.

What are the trims of the compressor and turbine, as well as the sizes? The AR says some, but not all of the story. Take the Inducer (small part of the wheel) and divde it by the Exducer (large part of the wheel). Then square the sum and multiply by 100.

The turbo will spool late, and when it does, it'll be out of breath because the compressor side is gonna be too small.
