Engine: 1g 6 bolt
Eagle Rods
Ross Pistons
o-ringed block
ARP mains & head studs
P. & P. head
1mm oversize valves
B.C. valvesprings and retainers
B.C. 280 cams
JMF SMIM
70mm TB
FP Race manifold
FP3582R HTA
3" O2
3" down pipe and exhaust
Tial 44mm WG
Tial Q BOV
ETS Race FMIC
Walbro 255lph HP in-tank & Bosch 044 in-line pumps
-8 feed lines & -6 return
1150cc injectors
Aeromotive FPR
Fuel Rail
DSM Link (with MAF-T blow thru set up)
Gauges( boost ,oil press.,EGT,WB )
MBC
CoP (with MSD DIS-2 )

i think thats all ,any suggestions, comments appreciated.

Sounds like a good setup, i don't know if your goal is reasonable though, with this exact setup anyways, but in general it sounds good!

It doesn't matter if the FMIC looks the same and is the same size. Just look at the specs and compare the cfm/hp range. FMIC is one of the most important things if you're going to need. I mean you'll regret if your go with the cheap eBay version and your car cannot get to the level you want because of knocking.

As for the exhaust manifold, I would definitely go with the tubular. Even though the FP person says if will go as good as the tubular I don't really think its possible unless they give me tests that show it. I go with a full racing tubular manifold like, Shearer, Straight Line Specialities, etc... If however you decide to stay with the FP manifold it will be a huge setback and you can save yourself more money because you would need the JMF SMIM.

I realized building a high performance DSM ain't cheap but you cannot go the bare minimum and expect it'll give you the max. or over-exceeding power. From my point of view I just think your expectation of 600awhp+ is just not possible with your setup. You will need a true tubular manifold, FMIC, high pressure dual springs, bigger injector, and a rebuilt head and block ported and polished.

As for the FMIC i would change to the ETS Race FMIC with the 2.5" piping, BC springs and retainers are enough for the 280 cams at 9krpm, im gonna use 1150cc injectors instead of the 1000cc, see the original post for the block and head things, as for the tubular manifold i will stick with it ,some people has gone over 600awhp on Evo 3 ported manifolds so i dont see why i cant get those numbers on a better flowing manifold.

Get a WIDEBAND, HOOKUP another fuel pump, and Get a bigger turbo.

And on the turbo since i want it to have decent spool im gonna stick with the 35rHTA unless the FP37R HTA can get 40psi by 5500rpms.

I understand what you are saying but what everyone else is trying to explain is because SOME people have gotten those numbers, doesn't mean you are going to get those same numbers, just as easy. It might be more feasible to go bigger in order to hit your goals. It sounds like you've already made up your mind though on what you want to do, so good luck getting 610WHP. :thumb:

I just trying to tell 40psi is not the running with the setup you have. I'd say you be lucky to go get 30psi. I mean I've you several times what is wrong with your setup but you've always said you could and will make 600+awhp with the current setup. You just cannot budge. Good luck on making the most on what you have.

There is no use in replying about the turbo. He doesn't want to listen to somebody that has experiance with cars making this much power so I wouldn't bother.

I have listen to you all and checking and im gonna use the DSM88HTA turbo (still with the bolt on housing and the FP race manifold)

I need advise on the Rod/Pistons ; Eagle or Manley's , and Ross pistons or Wisecos (cause they are cheaper) , well any opinions on this?

Eagle rods are good. I personally won't touch wiseco pistons because of some people having problems with them. I will use Mahle pistons when I buildmy engine.

good luck on this i think its do able on the turbo my friend has a smiliar build but using the fp3575 shooping for about what you...i say stick with what you have and go for it
