id like to get a few opinoins on this current water meth set up i have. bassically i have a AEM kit with a few extra nozzels. the new updated nozzels have a internal check valve in it (vs's the original versions that did not) which i figured would help aginst vacume if they were mounted on the other side of the throttle body.

in case these updated squirters with the internal check valves didnt work as promised i have a special check valve installed a few inches past the fire wall where my hose comes through.

the AEM water meth squirters have interchangable tips for spray sizing. i belive they were rated small=220cc, medium=330cc and i know for a fact the big ones=550cc. i chose to put the medium sized tips in each squirter. i figured 550cc of spray in each runner might be a tad much.

the reason i went direct port vs's a spray into the intercooler pipe (or throttle body elbo) is that it is my beleife that the water/meth is much heavier than air and will not make the corners as well inside the intake manni. it seems as if some cylinders would receive more water than others if the squirter was mounted pre throttle body. so this way i know for a fact that each piston will receive as much water as the next.

for boost juice i mix it myself. i use one gallon of walmart brand cheap-o windsheild wiper fluid and four of those lil yellow bottles called "HEAT". i beleive that mixing 4 of these bottles vs's only 2 bottles to one gallon wiper fluid makes my mixture "more spicy" if you will. since my water meth squirters are so close to the cumbustion chamber now the water thats mixed in has less time to evaperate. so i mix my boost juice spicy on purpose to add a lil more octane effect to it.

my questions are on how i have the squirters chained together. i have concern for the finall one that is bassically just a dead end. and also i would like some feed back on my tip sizing and on my mixture recipet.

thought id add that i use a hx40 turbo always at about 29-31psi with 19* timing at redline and i see no knock. thid water meth set up seems to work good but id still like to get somefeed back on that final water sprayer? does any one see a problem with having them linked like this?

It looks great and let us know if there is a noticeable difference but if it were my car I would have done it on the underside of the manifold just for the descriteness. ROFL

when the manifold was built for my car (thanks alex aka boostdriven) we had the option to bung it underneith but chose to go with a on top set-up because of leaks or any thing to trouble shoot would be to hard if it were a hidden set up
