Opinions on my fog lights?

After taking the big fogs out, I came to find out the insides of them were pure rust. So they had to come out. Now to the next project, 2GB TALON FRONT LIP!

The smaller Fogs look much better than the big fogs you had originally.
Do they provide you with ample light you need for fog driving?

I have since gotten rid of the eclipse bumper with the lip and fogs, But i picked up a 2gb talon front and some 2GA twistys!

Awesome! That's why I chose Talon over Eclipse in the first place. Never a fan of the bumpers, especially the rear. No offense to anyone, but the big ass reverse lights look absolutely ridiculous to me and it's too much bumper for my taste. From the front or side they look good though. Talon bumper makes it look much meaner cause it makes it look like it has some fangs.

It looks unique with the talon front and eclipse back. I like the aftermarket bumpers. They look more tasteful without the big reverse lights.

I respect your opinion of the "Big butt" end of the eclipse versus the leaner meaner of the talon. I have a lot of respect for the Eagle DSM. But for some of us guys....

Yes mam, we do think a little differently when it comes to the shapes of the backend of our beloved DSMs.

I agree, I would like to own a 3G eclipse (GST) red or black hard loaded Standard, no way would I own an Auto. You could not give me an automatic.

Not too keen on the 1G nor the 4G. I see the 4G as a wannbe get back to the famous 2G look. IMO collosul FAIL... It is underpowered, over priced, and you can only get the upper trims in Automatic. Which hurts my pride. No dice.
Then on top of that.. .They killed the Eclipse this year. It still lives on as concept vehicles. I am so not feeling Mitsubishi right now.

First the killed my beloved 200Gt, now the Eclipse.
They could at least release the Dodge Wraith, since that is the concept car that became the 2G.

My rant is over, ... for the moment.

Talonxgirl, I understand, about the bubble backend. It is more they tried to blend the 2G (Eclipse) with the Nissan Z series, and then gave a weak spoiler/tail lip, and said "WHALLAH PERFECTSHEONAH" We all said "yer stupid, thanks fer killin' our dream, yah jerks.!"

Yeah. It looks like someone took a big bite out of it. Lol. But if you did a nice gentle contour from the back of the rockers and around, I think it'd look good. It just needs to flow.

I believe they did. I got my skirts on, but now i cant get them to stick to the body where they are popped up a bit. I used 3m double sided tape but it just pops back up.

I am not sure but I believe by cutting that out, the aerodynamics of the car would suffer an increase in drag. Painting it black would not be too bad. IMO.

Oh that shit sucks. I used that to put leds under my dash and they kept falling. What you need is the body shop adhesive. I can't remember what they call it, but it's the same stuff the factory uses. I wanna say it's 182 or something. The only one I'm sure of is the plastic cement 142. But that stuff sucks cause you can't redo it once you lay it down.

Yeah that would probably be better because then you can undo it whenever you want.

As to the op and painting the sub frame etc black you are missing a black plastic air diverting piece that would clean your bumper up. I can't find the part number or I would put it [here]. It's a cowl that goes behind the bumper cover blacking the area out. If your not gonna fill it with a FMIC this "mystery"piece would be the best look..

Do you mean a 3G Eclipse GTS? There's no such thing as a 3G GST
